3rd Annual Jingle Bell Rock Run
Thank you for taking the opportunity to consider the Children’s Miracle Network’s request for volunteers for the 3rd Annual Jingle Bell Rock Run. It took years of dreaming to make El Paso Children’s Hospital a reality for El Paso’s children…but the dreaming doesn’t stop there. El Paso’s only separately licensed non-profit El Paso Children’s Hospital opened its doors on Valentine’s Day 2012.
We are dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for critically sick and injured children. Jingle Bell Rock Run is a 5k Run / 1 Mile Walk that will dedicate its funding to the various needs at El Paso Children’s Hospital. Jingle Bell Rock Run will start at El Paso Children’s Hospital on December 9, 2012. It is not only a run / walk; we have great entertainment along the route for the participants as they pass through wearing their Christmas best.
We are asking that you consider supporting the event by becoming a volunteer to cheer on the runners as they pass by. We are looking for volunteers to sing Christmas carols to spread the holiday cheer. The run starts at 8 am and lasts until 12 pm. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know!
The Children’s Miracle Network Staff and Volunteers are the keepers of dreams come true. We are working rigorously to bring in more doctors and provide better care for El Paso’s children. We hope that you are as excited about this exhilarating time for our community as we are. Children’s Miracle Network and El Paso Children’s Hospital are grateful that you feel our organization holds a special place in your heart.
If you have any questions regarding the event or to volunteer, please call me at 915.521.7229 ext. 3088.
Very truly yours,
Vanessa Gurrola
